Frequently Asked Questions

What fields does the fake data generator include?

Each generated record includes: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Age, City, Country, Company, Job Title and Date of Birth. City and country are always from the same location — e.g. Karachi will always be paired with Pakistan, not another country.

Can I export the fake data to CSV?

Yes. Select CSV as the format and click Generate Data, then click Download to save a .csv file. This can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets or imported directly into databases and testing frameworks.

Can I export to JSON?

Yes. Select JSON format to get a properly formatted JSON array with all records. This is ideal for API testing, seeding development databases or populating mock data in front-end applications.

Is the generated data realistic?

Yes. Names are drawn from real first and last names from multiple cultures. Email addresses follow standard formats. Cities and countries are always geographically matched. Phone numbers follow standard international formats.

Is this data safe to use in development?

Yes. All data is entirely fictional and randomly generated. No real people's information is used. It is safe to use in development databases, test environments, demos and UI prototypes.

Can I generate more than 50 records?

The current maximum is 50 records per generation. For bulk test data needs, generate multiple batches and combine the CSV or JSON output.
